We have officially broken ground and started construction! The base of the building is underway and concrete is being poured!

The foundation walls are erected, insulated and damp-proofed. Drainage has been installed to keep ground moisture out! An inspection is underway. 

The exterior walls and the roof have been put up and insulated. The units are coming together and looking great, as we begin painting, laying flooring, and installing kitchen and bathroom fixtures. 

Open house hours will be coming soon! The final touches are being put on and the model unit is complete and ready to be toured. Contact us today to book a showing!
