The foundation walls are erected, insulated and damp-proofed. Drainage has been installed to keep ground moisture out! An inspection is underway.

The exterior walls and the roof have been put up and insulated. The units are coming together and looking great, as we begin painting, laying flooring, and installing kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
